When You Need a Winch-Out

Spinning the tires is the fastest way to bury a car to its axles. It digs a hole under each wheel and can overheat the transmission. Once you are stuck, take your foot off the gas, turn on your hazards and call.

How We Pull It Out

We set the truck up on solid ground, often on the pavement, and run the winch cable out to your vehicle. We attach to recovery points or the frame, never a strap on the bumper, which can rip it right off. Then we pull slowly and steadily until all four wheels are on firm ground.

Texas Storms Move Fast

North Texas thunderstorms can turn unpaved roads and fields into deep mud in under an hour. If a road looks flooded, do not drive into it. If you are already stuck and water is rising, get out and get to higher ground first. Cars can be replaced.

After the Recovery

Most cars are drivable once they are out. Rinse the mud off the brakes and wheels before you drive far. If something was damaged, we can load it on a flatbed on the same call. Big trucks stuck off the road are a heavy duty job.
